It\'s a very cozy apartment with all amenities. It is within walking distance to a Busway Station and Train Station, which will take us to the City easily. I would love to stay there again.

Getting There
By car: Turning off Ipswich road from the City, turn right into Cornwall St, take the next Street on your left, Ayr St, then left onto Brisbane St. We are at number 70, at the end on the left.
From South: Turn left off Ipswich Road onto Brisbane Street, we are opposite WOW Sight and Sound on the corner of Ipswich Road and Brisbane Street.
By Train: Getting off at Dutton Park Railway Station, walk down Cornwall St until Ayr St, where you turn right, then left at Brisbane Street and we are at the end on the left.
By Bus: There is a bus stop just in front of the complex on Ipswich Road.

1 Bedroom Studio Apartment
Studios are tidy apartments available in a variety of bedding configurations. Each studio has a kitchentte including a bar fridge, microwave, electric frypan and all cutlery and crockery. Studio apartments include a TV with Foxtel, an ensuite bathroom, a dining table and air conditioning. Free broadband internet access is available in each apartment. Wheelchair accessible apartments are also available on request.
Bedding configuration is 1 King bed, or 1 Queen bed, or 1 Double bed, or 2 Single beds, or 1 Double bed and 1 Single bed, or 1 Double bed and 2 Single beds, or 1 Double bed, 1 Single bed and 1 Single bunk bed. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.

I stayed in a small studio room, suitable for one person. Onsuite and kitchen in room. Close to shops and buses. Friendly staff. Clean and fresh exterior and interior. Only minus is the heavy traffic outside. However that does not affect all the rooms.

For cost, the room was what we expected, except no washing machine, though service next did offer to do our washing and left it in our room later. Had we known about the busy road in front and the amount of noise all day and most of the night we would not of booked the room. it was clean and had the facilities we needed. 2 hour parking in the week days was another issue. not a place to stay and relax. handy for people who have someone at the hospital in the next street.
